Age Policy: 18+ Only

Terea Amber sells TEREA Amber sticks to adults aged 18 and over only. UAE law does not allow the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 18, and we follow that rule on every order.

What you confirm when you order

By placing an order on this site, by phone or on WhatsApp, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You also confirm that the person who receives the order is 18 or older.

ID checks at delivery

Our rider may ask to see an ID before handing over the order. We accept:

  • Emirates ID
  • Passport

The name on the ID does not need to match the order, but the person receiving it must be 18 or older.

When we cancel an order

We cancel the order and take it back if:

  • The person receiving it is under 18
  • The person receiving it cannot show ID when the rider asks
  • We have reason to believe the order is for someone under 18

If you paid online for a cancelled order, we refund the amount paid.

Buying for someone else

You can order for another adult, such as a family member or a colleague. Tell us their name and phone number so the rider can reach them. The same ID rule applies to them.

Health notice

TEREA Amber sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive. TEREA Amber sticks are not risk-free. They are meant for adults who would otherwise keep smoking, not for people who do not use tobacco or nicotine.
